In the CarLo 615 you can enjoy many exquisite products. Coffee and cocoa are organic fair, sugar and quinoa fair traded. The juices come from Satow, potatoes from the Demminer Kartoffel Hof if available. The mushrooms come from Markgrafenheide, freshly caught fish from the North and Baltic Seas, depending on availability. When it comes to pork, only Duke of Berkshire and Duroc (Thuringia) are used – both brands stand for a high level of properly kept animals. Plastic straws have been banned, cleaning is only done with biodegradable agents.
